Investigations, LLC, to conduct field investigations and searches to locate children in foster care placement that have been declared AWOL by the Westchester County Department of Social Service, for the period from 1/1/26 - 12/31/26, in an amount not to exceed $70,000, to be paid at a rate of $100/hour.
