Title: Planning - Amend a 12/5/24 Resolution to enter into a Intermunicipal Developer Agreement with the City of White Plains, White Plains Housing Authority and Trinity Financial, Inc., its successors and/or assigns, in order to change the number of Affordable AFFH units from 174 to 168. The affordability requirements for these affordable rental units that affirmatively further fair housing will remain the same at or below 30% and up to 90% of the Westchester County Area Median Income, to be located at 161 South Lexington Avenue in the City of White Plains.
