Title: District Attorney - The County of Westchester, acting by and through the Office of the District Attorney, is hereby authorized to exercise its second option under an agreement with Data Vision Group, LLC, pursuant to which DVG was to provide custom programming, implementation, and support and maintenance services for a new enterprise case management system, which is now known as 'PRO", extend the term of the Agreement by one (1) year, to a new termination date of 12/31/26; 2.) increase the not-to-exceed amount of the Agreement by $120,253.00, to pay for the services to be rendered during the extended term; and 3.) specify that the County will not have any options remaining.
