Social Services - Enter into an agreement (DSS3039-25) with Greater Mental Health of New York, Inc. to operate the Single Homeless Assessment Center at Grasslands to provide comprehensive assessments, and coordinated plans for treatment, housing and employment for homeless single adults, and mobile clinician services to provide clients utilizing drop-in shelters with assessments and referrals, for the period from 4/1/25 - 3/31/26, for an amount not-to-exceed $627,988.
