Parks -Enter into an agreement with Zamperla, Inc. to (i) perform Ride Maintenance Support, which includes ride winterizing, ride parts and spare parts for certain rides at Playland Park for the period October 14, 2025 through December 31, 2025 in an amount not to exceed $1,050,343.42, and (ii) Ride Maintenance Support for certain rides at Playland Park for the period March 2, 2026 through May 31, 2026 in an amount not to exceed $942,080.00, for a total contract amount not to exceed $1,992,423.42, pursuant to an approved budget ("Agreement"). The Agreement term will commence October 14, 2025 and continue through May 31, 2026.
