Planning - An Inter-Municipal Developer Agreement with the Village of Tarrytown, Tarrytown Municipal Housing Authority and WBP Development LLC, its successors and/or assigns, to fund the construction of certain infrastructure improvements located at 50 White Street in the Village of Tarrytown through the Housing Implementation Fund II Program to create 90 affordable rental housing units that will affirmatively further fair housing for an amount not to exceed $5,000,000.
