Labs and Research - Exercise the Third Option Term under its 12/14/2023 agreement with HumanEdge, Inc. for temporary laboratory technicians/professionals and amend the agreement in order to: (i) extend the term through 12/31/2027 and (ii) increase the not to exceed amount by $273,000 to cover the cost of services during the extended term.
