Emergency Services - Enter into a grant agreement with the New York State Division of Homeland Security and Emergency Services, to accept $646,033 in funding under the New York State 2024 Statewide Interoperable Communications Grant Program to be used to facilitate the development and improved operation of public safety communications to support and enhance statewide interoperable communications for first responders, for the period retroactive to 1/1/24 - 12/31/26.
