Probation - Amend the resolution approved on 4/2/2026 with Whitsons Nutrition, LLC to provide comprehensive, on-site food service operations at Woodfield Cottage for a term 4/20/2026 - 4/19/2027 to: (i) provide Westchester County with the option, in its sole discretion, to extend the term of the of the agreement for up to three additional one year periods thereafter and; (ii) increase the not to exceed by $22,517.50, for an aggregate total not to exceed amount of $380,551.
