Title: Social Services - (1.) Amend an agreement (DSS3040-A-24) with Altavista Lead Improvement Inc., pursuant to which ALI was to provide housing quality standards inspections and lead-based paint inspections and risk assessments for properties that may participate in the County's 'Emergency Housing Assistance Program', for the period from 11/1/24 - 12/31/24, for an amount not-to-exceed $44,250, with the County having the option, in its sole discretion, to extend the term for up to four (4) additional one (1) year periods, on the same terms as the Initial Term, except for the unit costs for the Services, and that each Option Term shall have a not-to-exceed amount of $265,500, by reducing the not-to-exceed amount specified for each Option Term, (2.) exercise the County's first one-year option, as it will be amended, and, therefore, (a) extend the term of the agreement by one (1) year, to a new termination date of 12/31/25; (b) increase the not-to-exceed amount of the agreement by $61,000, in ...
