Board of Legislators - Enter into an agreement with Community Based Services, Inc. pursuant to which they shall provide transition planning services to students aged 14 and older who have intellectual and/or developmental disabilities, and their families, in both residential and community-based settings, for the period commencing retroactively on 1/1/2026 - 12/31/2026, in an amount not to exceed $39,000.
