Planning - Agreement with the City of Peekskill to purchase and install a new electrical control panel and related elevator improvements at the Neighborhood Center, which serves as the Senior Nutrition Center, to benefit low and moderate-income senior residents of the area for a term commencing retroactively on 8/1/2026 – 8/31/2027 for an amount not to exceed $47,500 in Community Development Block Grant Program funds.
