DPW/Transportation - Amend Customer Project Commitment Agreement No. 24-932 with the New York Power Authority for the Elevator Modernization Project, at the Norwood E. Jackson Correctional Center, Grasslands Campus, Valhalla, New York to: (i) expand the scope of services for additional design, construction management, equipment procurement and installation services; (ii) increase the not to exceed amount of $12,460,251.27, for a total aggregate amount not to exceed $13,989,242.27; and (iii) extend the term of the Agreement from 12/31/2028 – 12/31/2033.
