County Executive/Youth Bureau - Amend an agreement with Ujamaa Community Development Corporation, for the provisions of operating its Grace After School Program, for a term commencing on 1/1/24 - 12/31/24, for an amount not to exceed $47,380, in order to retroactively increase the amount by $20,000, to a new not to exceed amount of $67,380 and to approve an educational specialist, Leslie Reid-Cousins, Bronx, NY, as a subcontractor for the purpose of providing educational and curriculum development services for the Grace After School Program.
