Senior Programs and Services - Amend grant agreements with New York State, acting by and through its Office for the Aging, to 1.) increase their total aggregate not-to-exceed amount by $729,464.29, from an amount not to exceed $7,619,953, to a new total aggregate amount not to exceed $8,349,417.29, to provide additional funding for the provision of various eligible services for seniors under the CSE, CSI, CRC, EISEP, NYSTP, WIN & NSIP, UNMET NEED and NY CONNECTS programs, and 2.) extend the EISEP and UNMET NEED program years through 12/31/25.
