DEF - Exercise the option under Contract No. EF-2402 for Repair and Replacement of Small Air Conditioning Systems (Less than 80 tons) at Various Locations of the Department of Environmental Facilities, Westchester County, New York with ThermoDynamics Corp., Yorktown, NY, amending the agreement to (i) extend the term through 8/15/2028 and (ii) increase the not to exceed amount by $188,750 to cover services rendered during the extended term.
