Title: County Executive/Real Estate -Authorizing the County to further amend an agreement with RM Friedland, LLC ("RMF") (the "Agreement"), as amended by a First and Second Amendment thereto, pursuant to which RMF agreed to provide the County with various real estate services, including brokerage services, to assist the County in better management of its real property, for a term commencing on May 12, 2022 and continuing through May 11, 2025, payable at the rates set forth in Schedule "A", attached to the Agreement, not to exceed the sum of $50,000, plus commissions, by extending the term of the Agreement through May 11, 2027.
