Board of Legislators - Amend an agreement with PKF O'Connor Davies, LLP, to provide the Board with an analytical review of, and preliminary findings and recommendations on, and then a final report with findings and recommendations on, the proposed County operating budget and the proposed County special districts budget, from 11/10/20 - 11/9/22, for a total amount not-to-exceed $314,000, with the County having the sole option to further extend the term of the agreement for one (1) additional one (1) year period, for a flat fee of $160,000 for the Second Option Term, and otherwise on the same terms and conditions as the initial term and first option term of the agreement, and therefore in order to, 1.) extend its term by one (1) year, to a new termination date of 11/9/23, 2.) increase its amount by $160,000, to a new total amount not-to-exceed $474,000, to pay for services during the Second Option Term, and 3.) reflect the fact that the County will not have any options remaining.
